This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 07.04.2024 so far it relates to the petitioner contained as Annexure no.1 to this writ petition registered as F.I.R./Case Crime No.148 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 354, 506 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Pali, District Hardoi. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 11.03.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceedings. Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights of petitioner to pursue other remedies with regard to the charge sheet and also before the trial court, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
