Mr. Yogesh Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant-complainant has filed the present application to direct the Judicial Magistrate/ IIIrd Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar to decide the Complaint Case No.69 of 2023, “Palak Agrawal vs. Sinag alias Singh Tourism Pvt. Ltd. & Another”, pending under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as expeditiously as possible. 2 . In I n dian Ban k Associat ion an d Ot h er s vs. Un ion of I ndia an d Ot h er s, ( 2 0 1 4) 5 SCC 5 9 0 , the Hon’ble Supreme Court has directed all the Criminal Courts in the country dealing with the cases under 1 2025:UHC:11029 Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 for speedy and expeditiously disposal of the cases falling under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 3 . The Complaint Case is pending since the year, 2023. Keeping in mind the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the present Application (C528 No.2200 of 2025) is disposed of directing the learned Judicial Magistrate/ IIIrd Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar to expedite the proceedings of the said Complaint Case No.69 of 2023 “Palak Agrawal vs. Sinag alias Singh Tourism Pvt.
