Petitioner’s grievance is that he has preferred a representation dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) seeking his transfer as Veterinary Pharmacist from Veterinary Dispensary Chauha, District Kinnaur on completion of requisite tenure, however, the said representation has still not been decided by Competent Authority till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct -2- respondents/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of two weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
