Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, has submitted the Written Instructions dated 20.06.2025 furnished by the Executive Engineer (FAC), PRI Division, Kakinada, Kakinada District. The Written Instructions would indicate that the gross amount to be paid to the Petitioner is Rs.2,99,114/-. The statutory deductions are for a sum of Rs.36,014/- and the balance amount (net amount) to be paid to the Petitioner as full and final settlement is for a sum of Rs.2,63,100/-. The Writ Petitioner admits for this amount of Rs.2,63,100/-. In this view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the Respondents to complete the entire administrative process, intra department and inter-department, within a period of eight (8) weeks, by way of Cooperation and Co-ordination, and transfer the said amount to the account of the Petitioner within four (4) weeks thereafter. \ 2. copy 4. 4 With these directions and observations, this Writ Petition 5. stands allowed.
