(Oral) By means of the instant transfer application, filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant seeks transfer of Civil Suit/Case No.80 of 2025, Dr. V.K. Mishra Vs. Dr. Priyadarshni (“the case”) from the court of Judge, Family Court, Nainital to the court of Judge, Family Court, Haldwani. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is staying in Haldwani, whereas the respondent has filed a divorce suit in Nainital; the applicant has to take care of a child, who is physically handicapped, it is inconvenient to her to travel to Nainital to attend the proceedings. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent is agreeable, if the case is transferred to Haldwani. 5. Transfer application is allowed. 2 6. Civil Suit/Case No.80 of 2025, Dr. V.K. Mishra Vs. Dr. Priyadarshni is transferred from the court of Judge, Family Court, Nainital to the court of Judge, Family Court, Haldwani. 7.
