(iii)To direct the DGP/2nd Respondentto provide the security to the Petitioners from the harassment of the Mr.K.Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Sub-Inspector, Nandivargam Police Station, Kurnool District. Heard Sri D.Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home 3. Sri D.Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the counsel on record has appointed as learned Government Pleader and therefore, they intend to change the vakalath. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the representation of the petitioner was directly sent to the Director General of Police, but the concerned police have not received such representation, and therefore, this petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation. 5. Sri D. Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner, would also submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation. 6. In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the concerned authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.
