The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. arises out of the criminal proceedings registered as Case Crime No.359 of 2020 which finally came to be instituted as Sessions Trial No.73 of 2020 (State v. Aman Dwivedi and another) under Sections 366, 376, 120B, 385 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar and District- Ayodhya/Faizabad. Shri Pawan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ashwani Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 jointly submit that the parties have amicably arrived at a compromise. The compromise has been duly verified by the learned trial court and a report in this regard dated 21.01.2025 is also in the record before this Court. In this wake, the criminal proceedings registered as Case Crime No.359 of 2020 which finally came to be instituted as Sessions Trial No.73 of 2020 (State v. And 2 Others .....Opposite Party(s) Aman Dwivedi and another) under Sections 366, 376, 120B, 385 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar and District-Ayodhya/Faizabad are quashed.
