The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 6.12.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 18387 of 2024. Shri Bhanu Pratap Singh, Advocate, representing the opposite party has obtained instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court, which is taken on record. On on the basis of his instructions, Shri Bhanu Pratap Singh, Advocate, states that the suspension of the applicant has been revoked by the District Basic Education OfÏcer, Etah vide his order dated 10.2.2025. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. In case there is any future non-compliance of the order passed by the writ Court and the petitioner is not permitted to join or is not paid his salary, the applicant shall be at liberty to either file a fresh contempt application or an application for recall of the present order.
