Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 has handed over a copy of the sanctioned building plan, which is duly approved by the MCD. 4. If that be the case, no orders are required to be passed by this Court. 5. However, MCD is directed to ensure that the construction in the property in question, is in accordance with the approved and sanctioned building plan. 6. In case of any deviations in the construction of the property in question, requisite action shall be taken by the MCD. 7.
