Sri Anagh Shukla, learned counsel appearing for Lucknow Development Authority informs the Court that there is an error in the tender notice/ document, therefore, the same shall be withdrawn and a fresh tender would be floated. 4. Let the order of withdrawal be passed within three days. Accordingly, we allow this petition in terms of the aforesaid with liberty to float the tender afresh as per law.
