Learned counsel for respondent - Zilla Parishad has placed on record photo copy of the order dated 13.02.2025 indicating that the said appeal is decided by Authority finally. Thus, according to him nothing survives in the petition. 3. Since, petition takes exception to the refusal of interim relief in the above appeal and as the appeal has been finally disposed of, nothing survives in the petition. Hence, petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 5.
