Learned counsel for the applicant informs that order of the writ court has not been complied with in letter and spirit. 3. Sri Anirrudh Singh, learned counsel for the respondent filed affidavit of compliance and submits that after giving opportunity of hearing to the applicant, decision has been taken by the committee on 24.7.2024, therefore, order of the writ court has been complied with and present contempt application has lost its efficacy. 4. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the respondent and contents of the order dated 24.7.2024, this Court is of the view that order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 5. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the decision of the respondent.
