2.
This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Surksha Sanhita, 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 317(4) and 317(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023.
3.
The learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
4.
Police on information raided several places to recover stolen motorcycles. The motorcycles were recovered from a garage also from the house of this petitioner and other co-accused. Motorcycles which were recovered were stolen property. The petitioner was not present in the house.
5.
Considering the aforesaid allegation that petitioner was in possession of stolen motorcycles and stolen motorcycle was recovered from his house, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No.24 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate at Godda, stands rejected.
