Mr. Mani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel for respondent no. 1. 3. According to petitioner, his name was mutated in the Municipal records of Nagar Nigam Rudrapur on his application. However, the said mutation order was subsequently cancelled, without giving any opportunity of hearing to him. 4. Petitioner appears to have filed WPMS No. 3024 of 2016, which was allowed and the cancellation order dated 07.09.2016 was set aside and the Nagar Nigam Rudrapur was directed to pass appropriate order on the application of petitioner, after giving opportunity of hearing. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order passed by coordinate Bench on 31.05.2017 has not been carried out and petitioner’s name is yet to be mutated in the Municipal records. He refers to page 38 of the writ petition for contending that petitioner’s mutation file has went missing from the Office of Nagar Nigam. 6. Having regard to the fact of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh application for mutation of his name. If 2025:UHC:11055 he makes such application within two weeks from today, the Competent Authority in Nagar Nigam Rudrapur shall take decision on the application, after hearing all stakeholders, as per law, within six months thereafter. It shall be open to petitioner to enclose all relevant documents in support of his claim regarding title over the property in question.
