The applicant is seeking restoration of First Appeal No.108/2004, which was dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution vide Order dated 28.02.2019. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent opposes aforesaid application. 7. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration application, I am satisfied that the absence of the applicant’s counsel on 28.02.2019, when FA No.108/2004 was taken up for hearing, was based on bonafide gronds. 8.
