Copy of the same has been enclosed as annexure no. 1 to the affidavit of compliance. Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order dated 22.04.2024 passed in Matters under Article 227 No. 1924 of 2024, the proceedings instituted by the applicant under Section 133 Cr.P.C. have been decided by order dated 22.01.2025 and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. As prayed, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. Notice issued earlier, if any, stand discharged.
