Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgement and order dated 01.08.2024 in Writ-A No.5990 of 2024 by the writ court, the representation of the applicant has been decided, copy of the same has been provided during course of argument, which is taken on record and photocopy of the same has been provided to the learned counsel for the applicant. It is further submitted that after the compliance of the order passed by the writ court the present contempt application has become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that the present contempt application may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant that if he has still any grievance, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. The notice, if any, issued against the respondent is hereby discharged.
