This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Jeher Alom, who was arrested in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Palashbari P.S. Case No. 154/2025 under Section 305 of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Palashbari P.S. Case No. 154/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 154/2025 dated 28.07.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Palashbari P.S. Case No. 154/2025. 5.
