The DD of amount of Rs.1,03551/- is being handed over to the applicant, photocopy of which is annexed at Page No.10 to the affidavit of compliance filed today. Therefore, the present contempt application may be dismissed. 3. Considering the submission of counsel for the opposite parties as well as contents of affidavit of compliance filed today, it is evident that the order of Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties. 4.
