Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. By means of the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 10.07.2024 bearing FIR No.0185 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 406, 379, 467,468, 471 IPC, Police Station Safipur, District Unnao. 3. This Court vide order dated 04.12.2024 directed the parties to appear before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court for settlement of their dispute through mediation. 4. In compliance of the aforesaid order, the parties appeared before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court and the Mediators have submitted its report dated 28.05.2025 with remarks "Mediation completed. No agreement". The said report is taken on record. 5. Learned counsel for the parties have stated that mediation could not be successful. 6. Since the allegations made in the FIR are having cognizable offences, therefore, the impugned FIR may not be quashed. However, it is always open for the petitioners to file anticipatory bail application before the competent Court of law and if such application is filed, the same may be heard and disposed of on its own merit with expedition. 7. In view of the aforesaid terms, the present writ petition is disposed of finally.
