He has adverted to Government Order dated 18.07.1985, a copy of which has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner, to submit that paragraph-3 thereof clearly provides delegation of powers exercisable by the Regional Deputy Director of Education upon the Assistant Director of Education (Basic). In view of aforesaid submission, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in order to effect challenge to Government Order dated 18.07.1985. Considering aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
