Sri Anuj Kumar Jha, Director, Local Bodies, U.P. i.e. respondent no.3 has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record, indicating therein that services of the applicant have been regularized w.e.f. 26.08.2023 subject to final decision/outcome of the Special Appeal Defective No.06 of 2024 and in pursuance thereof Pension Payment Order as well as gratuity payment order has been passed by the office of the deponent for making payment of arrears as well as amount of gratuity and forwarded to the Treasury. Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted judgment and order dated 28.02.2023 and corrected order dated 02.03.2023, passed by the Writ court in Writ-A No. 1318 of 2023 has been complied with. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
