The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.10.2024 whereby the representation filed by one of the complainants with regard to allotment of the fair price shop in a meeting in favour of the petitioner, was directed to be decided by a speaking order. In terms of the said order, it was recorded that the Tehsil level committee had taken a decision not accepting the nomination of the petitioner in its meeting held on 24.10.2024. A copy of the said order of the said order dated 24.10.2024 has been handed over by the respondent State' counsel to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the absence of any challenge to the main order dated 24.10.2024 passed by the Tehsil level committee, the present writ petition is not maintainable , hence the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order of the Tehsil level committee dated 24.10.2024, in accordance with law, if so advised.
