Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:41724 Court No. - 82 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 956 of 2018 Revisionist :- Manisha Loyalka Opposite Party :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Revisionist :- B.N.Singh,Manish Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Manjive Shukla,J. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the revisionist and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State. 2. The instant criminal revision has been filed challenging therein, the order 21.12.2017 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar in Criminal Case No. 514 of 2012 (Smt. Manisha Loyalka and another Vs. Ankit Loyalka) whereby, the revisionist had been denied the maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the revisionist, at the very outset, submits that after filing of this revision, the matrimonial dispute, in between the revisionist i.e. Smt. Manisha Loyalka and her husband Ankit Loyalka, had been settled through mediation and now there exists no dispute amongst them. 4. It has been informed that a compromise entered into in between the parties had already been placed on record through the second supplementary affidavit filed in connected Criminal Revision No.527 of 2018. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the revisionist and I find that the parties have settled their dispute amicably therefore, this revision is liable to be dismissed. 6. Accordingly, this revision lacks merit and is hereby dismissed. 7. It is made clear that if, at any stage, any party of this revision comes to the conclusion that anything still remains to be decided in this revision, it would be open for her or him, to file an application for recall of this order.
