Ganesh Thazhai Traders, M/s. Thazhai Ganesh Traders, M/s. G.K.PMS Traders and M/s. PMS Crackers with loading sheds, situated at Survey No. 385/7, Vishvanatham Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar Distict by considering the petitioner's License Nos. 109/2022, 113/2022, 110/2022 and 108/2022, issued by District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar. 2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that this writ petition itself is not maintainable, since the petitioner has not preferred any representation to consider his plight. That apart, he has not challenged the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar to unseal and unlock the petitioner's fireworks, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no order has been served upon the petitioner. 5. This Court hereby direct the first respondent to forthwith circulate the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar, to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. The petitioner may also make a representation to the respondents contending that he holds a valid licence to run the fireworks. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
