Learned Standing has appeared on behalf of respondents. 2. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received from the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies - respondent no. 3 has informed this Court that representation made by the father of petitioner has been decided by means of order dated 02.12.2024, where they have rejected the same, stating that post of Cooperative Supervisor is not a pensionable post. The instructions are taken on record. 3. In the light of aforesaid, grievance of petitioner stands redressed and in case petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 02.12.2024 or any other fresh order passed by the respondents, he shall be at liberty to assail the same before the appropriate Court/authority. Since, grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition no longer subsists, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.
