Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners is taken on record. Heard. Pawan Singh, petitioner no. 1 is present in person before this Court. He expresses apology. As, he is a farmer and may not be aware of the proceedings of the Court, it is his Counsel and his Clerk who should have been cautious in the matter, which they have not been. For once, we drop the proceedings but dismiss this writ petition for the reasons already mentioned in our order dated 02.01.2025 with liberty however to the petitioners who are willing to file a fresh writ petition, but with the caution that in filing the same, they shall not commit any of the follies which they have committed or were made to commit by somebody in this petition. The writ petition is dismissed for the aforesaid reason.
