SL. No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS 53 CLCON No.476 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Anil Anthwal, Advocate for the petitioner through video conferencing. Mr. Shailendra Nauriyal, Advocate for the respondent. The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that the order dated 28.08.2025, passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1420 of 2025, Rashmi Rawat Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others (“the petition”) has been willfully disobeyed by the respondents. By the order dated 28.08.2025, the Court has given a liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation seeking extension of deadline fixed by the Commission for documents verification. The Court has further directed that, in case, such representation is made that shall be decided within 48 hours. Today, learned counsel for the respondent Commission submits that, in fact, the representation that was filed by the petitioner has already been decided by the respondent on 30.12.2025, which is Annexure 2 to the response affidavit. Since the order has already been complied with, nothing survives in this petition. It stands disposed of accordingly. (Ravindra Maithani, J.) 12.12.2025 Jitendra
