It has been submitted that during pendency of writ petition, the opposite parties have rejected petitioner's candidature by means of order dated 15.01.2024. 4. Although an amendment application has been filed, it would be appropriate for petitioner to file a fresh petition with the aforesaid grounds and prayer. 5. Considering aforesaid facts, petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
