Taking note of the facts of the case as also the observations made by this Court in the judgments passed in the case of Sandeep Kishor And Another Vs. State of U.P. and Another; Neutral Citation No. - 2024:AHC:129900 and Smt. Suman Mishra Vs. The State Of U.P And Ors.; Neutral Citation No. - 2024:AHC-LKO:52294, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.
