Choudhury, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accused- applicant. Also heard Mr. B. Sarmah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, representing the State respondent. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Page No.# 2/2 Silapathar P.S. Case No. 146/2025, under Sections 118(1)/115(2)/304(2)/109/3(5) of the BNS. 2023. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that, vide an order dated 01.08.2025, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already granted the privilege of interim pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant and the same order was further extended, vide order dated 22.08.2025. Therefore, he submits that in view of the aforesaid interim order passed, the accused-applicant has already appeared before the Investigating Authority and had his statement recorded. 4. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that a Charge-sheet, vide Charge-sheet No. 189/2025 dated 30.09.2025 has already been submitted. 5. Taking the entire matter in consideration, this Court is of the opinion that the interim order so passed on 01.08.2025 should be further extended till the appearance of the accused-applicant before the learned Trial Court, after receipt of the summons. 6. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 01.08.2025 is hereby extended till the time the accused-applicant appears before the learned Trial Court, after receipt of the summons. 7.
