Case No. 20 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 105 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. On 01.04.2025 at about 6.00 am, husband of the informant fell sick. The petitioner, who is quack, was called to treat him. The petitioner gave injection to her husband and thereafter, he died. 4. It was submitted that as per the postmortem report, the deceased died due to brain haemorrhage. 5. Mr. Yogendra Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Bashisht Nagar P.S.
