According to the petitioner, the revenue records stand in the name of the petitioner and patta has also been issued. However, in the records of the first respondent, the lands have been classified as though they are “bhoomi dhana” lands. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation on 28.11.2024, seeking necessary correction to the incorrect entries that have crept in the records. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the revenue records standing only in the name of the petitioner and only in the records of the first respondent, the lands are classified as “boomi dhana” lands and therefore, the first respondent may be directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2024, after considering the materials made available by the petitioner. 4.
