Shri Maneesh Pandey, learned counsel for the Insurance Company says that the copy of the BPL Card was submitted by the petitioner along with the claim before the revenue authority but not before the Insurance Company, therefore, the Insurance Company had rejected the claim, but, now, as this fact has come to the knowledge of the Insurance Company, therefore, it shall revisit the matter and will comply the decision of the District Level Committee within a period of 15 days. 3. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by Shri Maneesh Pandey, learned counsel for the Insurance Company with a direction to the Insurance Company to comply the decision of the District Level Committee headed by District Magistrate for extending the benefit under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Bima Yojana within the aforesaid period i.e. 15 days. WRIT - C No. - 10458 of 2024 4. As regards the Writ - C No. 10458 of 2024 Shri Maneesh Pandey, learned counsel for the Insurance Company says that approval has been granted for payment under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Bima Yojana and that the payment would be made within a period of 15 days, therefore, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the statement made by Shri Maneesh Pandey, learned counsel for the Insurance Company. .
