Petitioner is aggrieved that despite his efforts for payment of GPF amount from GPF Account No. 73 as soon as he was retired on 30.06.2019, it was not paid and it was paid only after much resistance on 29.11.2024 but no interest was paid. 3. In support of his submission he refers some documents annexed alongwith this writ petition and he also refers a representation dated 23.12.2024 sent by Registered post, which was received also. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that in case a fresh representation is handed over to concerned respondent regarding claim of interest, the same will be considered and appropriate order will be passed for payment of interest in accordance with law. 5. Taking note of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case a detailed representation is submitted by hand before concerned respondent within a week from today, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a short period and if there is any legal impediment, the same may also be communicated to petitioner.
