Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order dated 06.09.2023, passed by the writ court in Writ A No. 6476 of 2023 has been complied with and now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application and the same may be dismissed as infructuous, but liberty may be given to the applicant to challenge the order dated 13.02.2025 by filing a writ petition. 3. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to avail appropriate remedy as may be permissible under the law. 4.
