It is the case of the petitioner that there was earlier a partnership firm M/ s Shiva Stone Crusher established in Village Baintkheri, Tehsil Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar; that subsequently he has exited the partnership firm, but the firm continues to use his name; that in this regard he has submitted a representation on 06.06.2025 to the Director, Geology and Mining Unit, Dehradun; that subsequently a reminder was also submitted with the third respondent on 29.08.2025; and that despite the passage of more than three months, the representations remain unconsidered. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the representations would be considered, and disposed of expeditiously. 3. The submission of learned Standing Counsel is placed on record. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 06.06.2025, and the reminder dated 29.08.2025, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1 2025:UHC:10263-DB 4.
