Heard Sri Charan Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rajesh Kumar Kahyap, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Amrendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for respondent. 2. The present contempt application is filed with the following prayer : "The order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.8949 of 2024 (Jawahar Lal Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) has not been complied with therefore he may be summoned and punished accordingly." 3. Sri Amrendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent filed affidavit of compliance duly signed by Sri Shashank Tripathi, District Magistrate, Barabanki, which is taken on record. Learned Standing Counsel informed the Court that pursuant to the order of the writ Court, the representation of the applicant has been decided by order dated 11.07.2025 and further all post retirement dues including pensionery benefits has been given to the applicant. The copy of the order dated 11.07.2025 as well as payment of retirement dues as also pensionery benefits has been annexed along with the affidavit of compliance as Annexure CA-1 to CA-3. He further submitted that the order of the writ court has been complied with. 4. Considering the contents of the order of writ Court as well as the order passed by the respondent authority dated 11.07.2025, this Court is of the view that since the representation of the applicant has been as also post retirement dues as well as pensionery benefits have been given to the applicant therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy. 5.
