He fairly submitted that RCS notice is not yet served to the petitioner. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner and on receipt of the RCS notice, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.
