This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.1 i.e. Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh to consider and decide the complaint of petitioner preferred against the opposite party no.2 and 3 within stipulated period as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. ii. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 & 2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the opposite party no.4 & 5 in pursuant to letter dated 20.09.2020 issued by Vice Chancellor, Uttar Pradesh Bar Council, Prayagraj. Complaint of the petitioner against the opposite party nos.4 & 5 has been registered as informed by Shri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for U.P. Bar Council. Accordingly, we dispose of this petition with the direction to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Deepti Gupta Counsel for Respondent(s) : Subhash Chandra Pandey, G.A. Raghavram Verma .....Petitioner(s) Bar Council U.P . Prayagraj Thru. Chairman And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the complaint of the petitioner as per law, expeditiously, say, within a period of three months.
