Today an application for withdrawal of the instant petition has been filed by Shri Ishan Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner/next friend, who has also filed his 'power/vakalatnama' endorsing on the same 'no objection' given by the earlier counsel. The same is taken on record. 3. Relying on the withdrawal application, a request has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to permit him to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh. 4. No objection in this regard has been raised by leaned A.G.A. 5. Having regard to the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 6. However, it is provided that whenever the fresh petition wold be filed, the same shall be placed before the appropriate bench along with the record of this case.
