Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel for the opposite parties. 2. The petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.10.2024, whereby the petitioner has been posted at the Community Health Center Mall, Lucknow from her earlier posting in the Community Health Center at Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow. 3. It has been submitted that the impugned order has been passed posting the petitioner thrice in one year, therefore, amounts to frequent transfers without any reason and is therefore, arbitrary. It is submitted that the petitioner was earlier transferred to Bakshi Ka Talab on 24.04.2023, where petitioner requires to be posted again. 4. In view of the fact that the impugned transfer order has been passed in October, 2024 and thus liberty can be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned seeking positing at the Community Health Center at Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow. 5. In case any such representation is filed before the opposite party no. 3, i.e., Chief Medical Officer, Lucknow, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority who shall also consider and decide the aspect of payment of salary to the petitioner. 6.
