CMP.M No.1469 of 2025 Though Registry has reported delay of 77 days in filing Review Petition, however, the record reveals that Review Petition was initially filed along with downloaded copy of the judgment passed by the Court. Certified copy of the judgment was obtained and placed on record later on, after applying for the same and upon its attestation. Delay of 77 days counted by the Registry appears to have been calculated with reference to filing of Review Petition along with certified copy of the judgment. However, Review Petition along with downloaded copy of the judgment was preferred after delay of 1 day. In view of aforesaid facts and taking into consideration the pleadings in the application and reply thereto as well as submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, I am of the considered opinion that genuine ground is made out for condonation of delay.
