Shishupal, arising out of FIR No.396 of 2022, under Sections 302, 304-B IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Transit Camp, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.482 of 2024, was rejected on 09.05.2024. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
