Though notice is served on the respondent, no vakalath is filed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has to take care of her daughter aged about 2 years 7 months and the distance between both the places is about 90 kilometers and it is difficult for her to travel from Bangalore to Madduru on each date of hearing. 4. Considering the fact that the distance between both the places is 90 kilometers and the wife has to take care of her daughter aged 2 years 7 months, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following: - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16377 CP No. 74 of 2025 ORDER i. M.C.No.35/2024 filed by the respondent pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Maddur, Mandya District is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the Family Court, Bengaluru. ii.
