Buragohain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.P. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7 and Mr. N. Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits on instructions that the writ petitioner does not wish to proceed with the present proceedings any further as she has already been selected as Junior Engineer (Civil) in the PWD Department as notified by the notification dated 12.08.2024 issued by the PWD name of the petitioner appears at Serial No. 262 and she is shown to be posted as J.E.(Civil) under the Barpeta District Territorial Building Division. Such submissions are not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents. Accordingly, taken into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
