It is argued that subsequently the final inquiry has already been concluded, however, the final decision has not been taken by the District Magistrate, Barabanki. 4. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off with direction to District Magistrate, Barabanki to take a decision on the basis of the final inquiry, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
