Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/husband. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit (M.T.S.) No.346 of 2024 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Koderma. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that husband/petitioner is a fourth grade employee in the Civil Court, Koderma. He has filed several cases in Civil Court, Koderma. One being Original Matrimonial Case No.88 of 2024 for restitution of conjugal rights and another is Complaint Case No.1640 of 2024 against the father-in-law for the offence under Sections 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code. 4. It has been further submitted that being an employee of the Civil Court, Koderma he has no time to travel to Ranchi and as such prayer has been made to transfer the case to Koderma so that all the cases may be tried at one place. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and from perusal of record, it appears that the wife has filed a divorce petition which is the subject matter of present proceeding. This petition has been filed on the ground of cruelty. 6. Considering the entire peculiar facts of this case, this Court finds no reason to transfer the case from Ranchi to Koderma.
