Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. 2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the accused on 11.07.2024, 3. Submission of the Counsel for the applicant is that after the grant of bail, the accused is threatening PW-3, Devesh and are trying to influence the statement, for which, an FIR has been lodged. 4. Considering the limited ground, the bail cancellation application is rejected. However, it is directed that the S.P., Hardoi shall ensure the presence of the PW-3, Devesh before the trial court for recording the statement in police protection. 5. It is further directed that the statement of PW-3 Devesh shall be recorded by the trial court without giving any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties within a period of one month from today.
