Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioner in this writ petition had grievance to Annexure P-7, dated 03.06.2025, whereby, respondent No.2- Corporation had declined to grant the benefits to the petitioner under notification dated 06.09.2022 and to fix her pay at higher stage of Rs.30400/- allegedly being not in 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - consonance with the Finance Department (Pay Revision) notifications dated 03.01.2022 and 06.09.2022. 2. Following order was passed in the matter on 16.06.2025:- “Notice. Ms. Leena Guleria, learned Deputy Advocate General and Mr. Mukul Sood, learned counsel, accept service of notice for the respective respondents in all the matters. Respondent No.2 on 03.06.2025 (Annexure P-7) has rejected the case(s) of the petitioner(s) seeking applicability of decision rendered in CWP No. 1638 of 2024 (Mohit Sharma & Anr Vs. State of H.P. & Ors) decided on 29.11.2024. Perused the reasons given by the respondents in paras-3 and 4 of the rejection order. Let learned counsel for respondent No.2 to have instructions in the matter(s). List during the course of next week. CMP No.13351/2025 in CWP No. 9670/2025 CMP No.13353/2025 in CWP No. 9672/2025 CMP No.13354/2025 in CWP No. 9674/2025 Disposed of as not pressed at this stage.” 3. Pursuant thereto, learned counsel for respondent No.2 placed on record office instructions dated 28.06.2025 alongwith order dated 26.06.2025 passed by respondent No.2 withdrawing the impugned rejection orders dated 03.06.2025. - 3 - Under the aforesaid order dated 26.06.2025, respondent No.2 has further sought permission of respondent No.1 for granting higher pay scale to the petitioner in light of Mohit Sharma and Anr. Vs. State of H.P. and others2. 4. Considering that the impugned orders have now been withdrawn by respondent No.2, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider the case of the petitioner in light of Mohit Sharma2, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from today. The order so passed, be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
